I have been following this story in the news recently regarding Russian spies discovered living amongst us Americans. I really only thought that happened in movies, I mean in this day and age how can outsiders get access to our most secret information. Everything is supposed be encrypted and kept safe in vaults.
Today they announced the name of one of the suspected spies, her name is Anna Chapman. She is one of 11 suspected spies living here in the USA. Anna lived a normal life, she had a few social networking accounts with photos of her posing in front of the Statue of Liberty and other famous landmarks. How could anyone really known she was a Russian spy.
It is scary to think that people can live with us and all along have these orders to take down this great country of ours. This only reaffirms the fact we need stricter enforcement of our nations secrets and borders. I only hope that they didn't steal any of our secrets that could be used against us. It seems these days are getting more dangerous than any of us really know. Everything is controlled by computers and nothing is safe unless you live off the grid or don't use any form of electronic transaction. I know I don't want to live that way, technology is a great thing but it is also scary.

Would you rather live in an era with technology and have the fear of it being used against you or would you rather live in an era without technology not have to worry about it, of course it would be a tougher life?
For me I would chose to live without technology,
I've been reading on this a lot as well. It's just so crazy, makes you wonder how much of the movies is true.
Of course there are spies foo. Behind every good spy is a spy woman who trained them.
